Step 2: Remove crusts from bread, in a single layer using the larger slices first arrange in baking dish assuring complete coverage
Step 3: In small mixing bowl whisk together eggs, half and half, vanilla extract, orange-based brandy liqueur and salt, pour evenly over bread, cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight
Step 4: In morning remove from fridge uncover and bring to room temperature
Step 5: Preheat oven to 350, bake uncovered about 35 – 40 minutes until puffed and edges are light gold
