  • 2 tablespoons oil (vegetable oil)
  • 4 cups carrots (matchsticked and par boiled in salted water)
  • 4 cups yellow onions (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice

How to Make

  • Step 1: In medium saucepan in boiling salted water boil carrots until just tender about 2-3 minutes(do not overcook) drain and dry.

  • Step 2: In large skillet over medium-low heat add vegetable oil, add sliced onions simmer stirring occasionally until onions are soft and carmelized.

  • Step 3: Add matchstickled carrots, stir in honey and orange juice stirring until nicley glazed.
