Step 1: Mix together the gelatin and castor sugar and place to one side.
Step 2: Heat the cream and Amarula gently, be careful to not boil, remove from the stove and stir in the gelatin mixture.
Step 3: Stir till gelatin is dissolved and add the chocolate, stir till melted.
Step 4: Carefully pour the mixture into the glasses.
Step 5: Place the glasses into the fridge to set.
Step 6: Mix together the gelatin and castor sugar and place to one side.

Step 8: Stir till gelatin is dissolved and add the honey and nuts.
Step 9: Carefully pour over the chocolate base, return to the fridge and set till needed.
Step 10: Remove about 5 minutes before serving and garnish and serve.
