Step 1: Combine first 4 ingredients in medium bowl.
Step 2: Combine reserved mango syrup and lime juice in an ungreased 9 inch deep-dish pie plate.
Step 3: Arrange pear halves, cut-side up, on top of syrup mixture.
Step 4: Spoon mango mixture into center of pear halves.
Step 5: Sprinkle brown sugar and pistachios over mango mixture.
Step 6: Bake in 375ºF oven for about 15 minutes until heated through and pistachios are toasted.
