Step 1: In a bowl combine the mince, garlic, onion, herb and seasoning.
Step 2: Work together really well and with wet hands roll into 2cm balls.
Step 3: Heat a shallow layer of vegetable oil in a wide based frypan and over a high heat roll the balls around so they are coloured on all sides and then pop then into a 200C oven for 5 minutes to complete the cooking and roll them around for a few minutes longer.
Step 4: For sauce either serve with plain tomato sauce or with sauce flavoured up with either mustard or horseradish or both.
