Step 1: In a large mixing bowl combine crushed cookies, the 1-1/4 cups powdered sugar, the nuts, cocoa powder, coffee crystals, and cinnamon.
Step 2: Add brewed espresso, coffee, or water, using just enough to moisten.
Step 3: Form into 1-1/4-inch balls.
Step 4: Roll generously in the 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
Step 5: Place on a sheet of waxed paper and let stand until dry (about 1 hour).
Step 6: Store in a tightly covered container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
Step 7: Before serving, roll again in powdered sugar, if desired.
