In a small bowl combine 1 egg, 2 tablespoons pineapple juice or milk, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Add to flour mixture and stir till well combined. Drop by rounded spoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9 to 10 minutes or until just lightly browned. Transfer cookies to a wire rack and let cool
