  • 8 to 10 ounces Arctic Char fish (1 filet, skin on)
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • Onion powder, dash
  • Garlic powder, pinch
  • Salt to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place fish skin side down on parchment paper and season with salt to taste.

  • Step 2: Mix the remaining ingredients together well and spread over flesh of fish making sure you use all the mixture.

  • Step 3: Place in a preheated 425 degree Fahrenheit oven and cook for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when poked with a fork. The cook time will vary depending on the thickness of the filet.
