Step 1: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place fish skin side down on parchment paper and season with salt to taste.
Step 2: Mix the remaining ingredients together well and spread over flesh of fish making sure you use all the mixture.
Step 3: Place in a preheated 425 degree Fahrenheit oven and cook for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when poked with a fork. The cook time will vary depending on the thickness of the filet.
