  • 4 ounces almond milk (1/2 cup vanilla almond milk)
  • 1 banana, whole (frozen, thawed 5 min & sliced)
  • 60 grams strawberries (3 large frozen strawberries thawed 5 min & sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons oats (uncooked old-fashioned oats)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

How to Make

  • Step 1: Add all ingredients to the bowl of a blender & blend until smooth OR use your hand-held stick blender as I will do. Serve immediately.
