Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • FOR COOKIE BASE
  • 1 package (1.5 ounce) double chocolate chunk cookie mix (1 pound)
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup coconut, flaked
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • FOR FILLING
  • 4 cups icing sugar
  • 4 tablespoons instant vanilla pudding
  • 1/3 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • FOR TOPPING
  • 1 bag (12 ounce) chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oven to 350.

  • Step 2: Line bottom and sides of a 13x9 inch baking pan with foil. Leaving an overhang on opposite sides.

  • Step 3: Combine all cookie base ingredients until well mixed and spread into the bottom of prepared pan, pressing lightly.

  • Step 4: Bake 16-18 minutes or until set. Cool completely.

  • Step 5: To make the filling, mix together icing sugar and pudding mix. Add in butter and milk and beat till smooth. Spoon over cookie base, pressing lightly and refrigerate while preparing the topping.

  • Step 6: To make the topping, microwave topping ingredients on high for 1 minute to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth. Spread over filling

  • Step 7: Refrigerate 30 minutes to set.

  • Step 8: Use foil to lift bars from pan and remove foil.

  • Step 9: Cut into 9 rows by 4 rows.

  • Step 10: Store covered in the fridge
