Step 1: Brownies 1 Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2: Grease bottom only of 13x9-inch pan .
Step 3: Make brownie batter as directed on brownie mix box. Spread batter in pan.
Step 4: Bake 26 to 30 or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean.
Step 5: Meanwhile, in large bowl, mix filling ingredients.
Step 6: Remove brownies from oven.
Step 7: Carefully spoon and spread filling evenly over brownies.
Step 8: Bake 15 minutes longer.
Step 9: Cool completely, about 1 1/2 hours.
Step 10: In small microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips and 1/2 teaspoon oil on High 30 to 40 seconds, stirring every 10 seconds, until chips are melted.
Step 11: Spoon into resealable food-storage plastic bag; seal bag. Cut small tip from corner of bag; drizzle chocolate over filling.
Step 12: Cut 8 rows by 6 rows.
