Step 1: Heat oven to 375°F.
Step 2: In large bowl, stir cookie mix, butter and egg until soft dough forms.
Step 3: Stir in fruit mix and coconut until well mixed.
Step 4: On ungreased cookie sheets, drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart.
Step 5: Bake 8 to 9 minutes or until golden brown around edges. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Cool completely, about 15 minutes.
Step 6: In small bowl, stir powdered sugar, extract and enough milk until glaze is spreadable. Spread glaze over tops of cooled cookies.
