  • 12 ounces milk chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons liqueur (orange-flavored liqueur, kirsch, brandy or half-and-half)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In 2-quart heavy saucepan, heat half-and-half and chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth; remove from heat.

  • Step 2: Stir in liqueur.

  • Step 3: Pour into fondue pot or chafing dish.

  • Step 4: Spear Dippers with fondue forks; dip into fondue.
