Step 1: Heat oven to 200.
Step 2: Divide popped corn between 2 ungreased, 13x9x2 baking sheets.
Step 3: Heat sugar, butter, corn syrup, and salt, stirring occasionally.
Step 4: Cook over medium heat 5 minutes.
Step 5: Remove from heat and stir in baking soda until foamy.
Step 6: Pour over popped corn until coated.
Step 7: Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
