Step 1: Butter a square 8x8x2 inch pan.
Step 2: Spread nuts in the pan.
Step 3: In a large saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, butter and half of the cream.
Step 4: Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Step 5: Stir in remaining cream.
Step 6: Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, to 245 on candy thermometer.
Step 7: Immediately spread mixture evenly over nuts in pan. Cool.
Step 8: Cut into 1-inch squares.
