  • 4 cups fresh spinach leaves, packed and rinsed
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 2 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup walnuts (or pine nuts)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons oil (olive oil)
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
