Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds Parmesan cheese, grated (fresh)
  • 1 pound shrimp (cooked, bay shrimp)
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 3 green onions
  • 1 bottle (4 ounce) cocktail sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 ounces cream cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F. Place 1 teaspoon mounds of grated fresh Parmesan cheese, 4 across and 6 down on two baking sheets. Flatten cheese to create 2-inch rounds on a baking sheet. Bake for 6 to 7 minutes or until golden brown. Makes about 48 cheese crackers for appetizer. Rinse shrimp and dry with paper towel. Chop shrimp into small pieces. Rinse and chop celery and onions. Fold celery and onions into chopped shrimp. Add cocktail sauce, salt and pepper. Spread about 1 teaspoon of cream cheese on each of the Parmesan crisps. Top with shrimp cocktail mixture and serve.
