  • 1 tablespoon water, hot

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oven to 350.

  • Step 2: Mix shortening, sugar, egg, molasses anise oil and water.
