Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound shrimp (large shrimp, cooked and deveined)
  • 1 cup celery, diced (celery hearts)
  • 2 tablespoon dill, minced (fresh)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 lime, whole

How to Make

  • Step 1: Remove tail tips from shrimp and chop into small pieces. Place in a medium bowl. Fold in diced celery hearts, minced dill, olive oil, salt, pepper and red pepper. Cut lime in half and hand squeeze both haves over the Shrimp Salsa. Toss the juice and salsa together. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and chill. Serve with tortilla chips or your favorite crackers.
