  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oven to 450 degree Fahrenheit.

  • Step 2: Season pork loin with salt and pepper.

  • Step 3: In bowl, combine remaining ingredients.

  • Step 5: Place pork in roasting pan and roast for 10 minutes.

  • Step 6: Reduce oven temperature to 250 degree Fahrenheit.

  • Step 7: Roast for 1 hour more or until inserted thermometer reads 160 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Step 8: Transfer pork loin to platter, cover loosely with foil.

  • Step 9: Let sit 15 minutes before slicing.
