Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 package naan (8.8 ounce) flatbread (can also use premade pizza crusts or other flat breads)
  • 226 grams peaches (pitted and halved, 2 peaches)
  • 283 grams nectarines (pitted and halved, 2 nectarines)
  • 170 grams plums (pitted and halved, 2 plums)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Garnish
  • Blueberries, mint leaves

How to Make

  • Step 1: Spray a cast-iron grill pan with cooking spray. Heat pan over medium high heat.

  • Step 2: Cook naan, one piece at a time until lightly toasted (2 minutes per side). Let cool completely.

  • Step 3: Press cut side of fruit in sugar to coat. Cook until grill marks form and fruit is slightly softened (2-3 minutes per side). Cut fruit into slices.

  • Step 4: In a bowl, stir together the cream cheese and honey. Spread mixture onto toasted naan. Top with grilled fruit. Drizzle with honey and garnish with blueberries and mint, if desired.
