Step 1: Spray a cast-iron grill pan with cooking spray. Heat pan over medium high heat.
Step 2: Cook naan, one piece at a time until lightly toasted (2 minutes per side). Let cool completely.
Step 3: Press cut side of fruit in sugar to coat. Cook until grill marks form and fruit is slightly softened (2-3 minutes per side). Cut fruit into slices.
Step 4: In a bowl, stir together the cream cheese and honey. Spread mixture onto toasted naan. Top with grilled fruit. Drizzle with honey and garnish with blueberries and mint, if desired.
