Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 pound Italian sausage (casings removed)
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounce) condensed tomato soup
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup water
  • 6 dry lasagna noodles
  • Chives, for sprinkling

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix mushroom soup, milk and 1/2 cup cheese; set aside

  • Step 2: In medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook meat until browned, stirring to separate meat.

  • Step 3: Drain off fat.

  • Step 4: Stir in tomato soup, Italian seasoning and water; heat through. This mixture will ba liquidy.

  • Step 5: In 2 quart shallow baking dish spoon in half of the meat mixture.

  • Step 6: Top with 3 lasagna noodles and mushroom soup mixture.

  • Step 7: Top with remaining 3 lasagna noodles and remaining meat mixture; cover.

  • Step 8: Bake at 400 degree Fahrenheit for 30 minutes or until hot.

  • Step 9: Uncover and sprinkle remaining cheese and chives over top.

  • Step 10: Bake 10 minutes more or until hot and cheese is melted.

  • Step 11: Let stand 10 minutes
