  • 1/2 pound pumpkin, sliced (halved, seeded, peeled and cut into 1/4 inch slices)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (toasted)
  • 3/4 teaspoon coriander seed (toasted and crushed)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

  • Step 2: In a bowl toss the pumpkin slices with the oil, salt and pepper.

  • Step 3: Spread the pumpkin slices out in one layer on a baking sheet. Bake, turning occasionally, until the fries are browned and crisp outside and tender inside (20 minutes).

  • Step 4: Sprinkle with the sesame and coriander seeds before serving.
