The ingredients are:
  • 2/3 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 pound brown sugar (light brown sugar I measure 2 cups packed from a large bag)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour (white)
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 12 ounces chocolate chips
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: Melt the butter and add the brown sugar; mix well and cool; add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

  • Step 2: Add dry ingredients and mix well; add nuts and chocolate bits

  • Step 3: Put into a greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
