Step 1: Dissolve yeast in Warm water.
Step 2: Add buttermilk, eggs, 2 1/2 cup flour, butter, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix till smooth.
Step 3: Add enough remaining dough to make dough easily handled. Dough will remain soft and slightly sticky.
Step 4: Turn out onto well floured surface and knead 5 minutes.
Step 5: Roll dough into two 12x7 inch rectangles and spread each with 2 tablespoons butter.
Step 6: Mix sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle on buttered rectangles.
Step 7: Roll up, starting at the wide side. Pinch edge of rolls to seal well.
Step 8: Cut each roll into 15 slices and place in greased pans.
Step 9: Let rise until doubled.
Step 10: Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Step 11: Mix all icing ingredients until smooth.
Step 12: While rolls are still warm, frost with icing.
