Step 1: Heat oil in a small non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat and add bacon and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, turning occasionally, or until slightly crisp and then drain on a plate lined with paper towel.
Step 2: Spread 1 tablespoon avocado over the wrap and top about 1/3 with lettuce, tomato, cheese and bacon and roll it up to enclose filling and serve.
