Step 1: Peel and slice peaches.
Step 2: In a sauté pan over high heat, melt butter and brown sugar together until bubbling.
Step 3: Squeeze in orange and lemon juices and stir.
Step 4: Add rum, watching for flames.
Step 5: Sprinkle in cinnamon and wait until foster sauce bubbles again.
Step 6: Add half of the sliced peaches, stir for one minute and remove from heat.
Step 7: At the end of the cooking process, stir in whipping cream and pour into a fondue pot.
Step 8: Serve with the remaining sliced peaches.
