Step 2: Add cream cheese and pulse until well mixed and smooth
Step 3: Shape oreo mixture into 1 inch balls and place on parchment paper lined tray
Step 4: Freeze at least 1 hr
Step 5: Melt white chocolate, stirring tull smooth
Step 6: Dip truffles in melted chocolate and immediately sprinkle with crushed candy canes
Step 7: Allow chocolate to set
