  • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Step 3: In the large bowl cream the butter and sugar.

  • Step 5: Stir in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and oatmeal.

  • Step 6: Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared sheet, leaving space between.

  • Step 7: Bake 7 to 8 minutes, or until cookies are golden brown.
