  • 1 large banana, mashed (very large overripe banana)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Line mini cupcake pans with cupcake liners.

  • Step 3: Sift together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
