Step 3: Sift together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
Step 4: In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Step 5: Beat in the eggs and yolks, 1 at a time, and then stir in the vanilla and banana extracts.
Step 6: Stir in the vegetable oil.
Step 7: Add in the flour mixture, alternating with the buttermilk.
Step 8: Fold in the mashed banana.
Step 9: Fill the cupcake liners about three-quarters full.
Step 10: Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cakes comes out clean, 8 to 10 minutes
