Step 1: Dissolve yeast in Warm water.
Step 2: Add sugar, salt, eggs, egg yolk, 1/2 cup butter, and 1 1/2 cup flour. Mix till smooth.
Step 3: Add remaining flour, almonds, citron, cherries, raisins and lemon peel.
Step 4: Cover dough with a damp cloth, and let dough rise until doubled.
Step 5: Stir down batter.
Step 6: Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours.
Step 7: Turn out dough into well floured, surface and turn to coat in flour.
Step 8: Divide dough in half and press each half into an oval, 10x7.
Step 9: Spread each oval with 3 tablespoons butter.
Step 10: Fold each oval in half, pressing only on folded edge.
Step 11: Place on greased baking sheet.
Step 12: Beat reserved egg white with 1 tablespoon water and brush over loaf.
Step 13: Let rise until double.
Step 14: Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 15: Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 16: Combine all icing ingredients and mix till smooth.
Step 17: While bread still warm, ice loafs.
