Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
Step 2: Add in sugar, salt, eggs, shortening, and 2 cups flour. Mix till smooth
Step 3: Add remaining flour and mix till smooth.
Step 4: Let rise, covered, till doubled.
Step 5: Divide dough in half and roll each half into a 12 inch circle.
Step 6: Spread each circle with butter and cut into 16 wedges.
Step 7: Roll up wedges, beginning at the rounded edge.
Step 8: Arrange rolls on a greased baking sheet, point tucked under and let rise covered until doubled.
Step 9: Preheat oven to 400F and bake 12 - 15 min, or until golden brown.
Step 10: Brush rolls with butter and serve warm.
