Step 1: Melt butter in a medium-sized saucepan/pot. Add orzo and cook until golden brown.
Step 2: Add onion and saute until onions become clear.
Step 3: Add garlic and saute for another minute or so.
Step 4: Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Step 5: When mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 20-25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
Step 6: Remove from heat and remove lid. Let stand for a few minutes then fluff with a fork and serve!
