  • 4 crushed (45 grams) Oreo cookies
  • 4 2/3 ounces Andes mints candies

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a microwave safe bowl melt chocolate chips and shortening. Stir until smooth, then stir in coloring. Pour into miniature muffin cup liners.

  • Step 2: Sprinkle with cookie crumbs.

  • Step 3: In Microwave safe bown, melt the Andes candies and stir till smooth. Pour over the cookie crumbs.

  • Step 4: Let stand till set.
