Step 1: In a small bowl dissolve yeast in water, then add sugar
Step 2: In large bowl, take pudding mix and prepare according to package directions.
Step 3: Add butter, eggs and salt; mix well, then add yeast mixture
Step 4: Gradually mix in flour until dough is easily managed
Step 5: Turn out onto a floured surface and knead until smooth.
Step 6: Place in a greased bowl.
Step 7: Cover and let rise until doubled
Step 8: Punch down dough and let rise again.
Step 9: Next, roll out on floured board to 34 x 21-inch size.
Step 10: Take 1 cup soft butter and spread over surface.
Step 11: In bowl, mix 2 cups brown sugar and 4 tsp cinnamon; sprinkle over top.
Step 12: Roll up very tightly.
Step 13: With knife, put a notch every 2 inches; cut with thread or knife.
Step 14: Place on lightly greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
Step 15: Cover and let rise until double again.
Step 16: Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 15-20 minutes, or when golden
Step 17: To make Cream Cheese Frosting: mix all frosting ingredients together until smooth
Step 18: Frost rolls while still warm
