  • 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated skim milk
  • 3 cups half and half light cream
  • 1 tablespoon brandy extract
  • Nutmeg

How to Make

  • Step 1: Pour 1 1/2 cups egg substitute into a bowl.

  • Step 2: Add artificial sweetener, and mix on medium speed until light and fluffy.

  • Step 3: Gradually blend in vanilla, evaporated skim milk, fat-free half and half, and brandy extract.

  • Step 4: Chill for 24 hours to allow flavors to blend. To serve, stir well and sprinkle with nutmeg.
