  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract

  • Ice cube
  • Ground cinnamon (to garnish)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Pour milk into glass measuring cup; warm in microwave for 1 minute.

  • Step 4: In blender or food processor, combine milk mixture and tofu.

  • Step 5: Add sugar substitute, both extracts, and ice.

  • Step 6: Process until ice is crushed and mixture is frothy.
