Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2: In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar.
Step 3: Beat in egg yolks one at a time, beat in honey.
Step 4: Sift together dry ingredients.
Step 5: Blend into creamed mixture alternately with sour cream.
Step 6: Stir in nuts.
Step 7: Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter.
Step 8: Turn batter into a greased 9 inch tube pan or bundt pan.
Step 9: Bake for 60 to 70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Step 10: Cool in pan 15 minutes, then remove from pan to cool completely.
