Step 1: In a blender, combine chocolate chips and very hot coffee.
Step 2: Blend until melted and smooth.
Step 3: Add rum or brandy.
Step 4: Add egg yolks and blend 30 seconds.
Step 5: Beat whites to soft peaks. Gradually add sugar, beating into stiff peaks
Step 6: Fold into chocolate mixture.
Step 7: Whip cream and fold into chocolate mixture.
Step 8: Pour in prepared dishes or paper baking cups set in muffin tins. Freeze until firm.
