Step 1: Preheat oven broiler.
Step 2: Whisk the eggs until frothy. Stir in milk, salt and pepper.
Step 3: Heat butter over medium-high in a large, heavy (ovenproof) skillet. When butter foams, pour in the egg mixture.
Step 4: Cook eggs, pressing the edges to the center with a spatula, allowing liquid to run under omelet to cook.
Step 5: Sprinkle crumbled cheese over surface. Place under the broiler for a few minutes to brown.
Step 6: Top with chopped dill and serve immediately.
