Step 1: In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
Step 2: Add brown sugar and spices. Allow to cool (mixture can now be stored in the refrigerator till ready to use).
Step 3: To serve, place one teaspoon of the mixture in the bottom of a small espresso cup.
Step 4: Add 1 tablespoon cream, and 1 strip of both orange and lemon zest.
Step 5: Add 1 oz espresso and a tiny bit (less than 1/8 tsp) of rum extract.
