Step 1: Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2: In large skillet over medium heat, brown and crumble sausage until no longer pink.
Step 3: Remove from heat, drain off drippings and add all remaining ingredients except one green onion. Pour into one quart baking dish.
Step 4: Bake 20 to 25 minutes until bubbly.
Step 5: Garnish with remaining chopped green onion.
Step 6: Keep warm, and serve with sesame or wheat crackers.
