Step 1: Cool milk till lukewarm. Sprinkle yeast on top of milk. Let stand for 10 minutes.

Step 6: Knead dough till smooth.
Step 7: Place in greased large bowl and let rise till double.
Step 8: Punch down and let rise again till double.
Step 9: Divide dough and shape into dinner size rolls.
Step 10: Place in two pans and let rise again till double.
Step 11: Preheat oven to 375°F.
Step 12: Brush tops with butter and sprinkle with chopped almonds.
Step 13: Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
