  • 350 grams tangerines (chilled, 5 oranges)
  • 1 banana, whole (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 cup pineapple, cubed (fresh, chilled)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (or more to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon honey, or to taste
  • Ice cubes

How to Make

  • Step 1: Juice tangerines and pour juice into blender or food processor. Add all ingredients except the ice, process until smooth.

  • Step 2: Add 4-5 ice cubes, process until ice is crushed. Add 4-5 more ice cubes, process until ice is crushed. Pour into a pitcher and stir.

  • Step 3: Serve over ice in a glass and garnish with a slice of pineapple or tangerine if desired.
