Step 1: Blend 3 cups of apple juice and 3 cups of blackberry juice together in a deep saucepan.
Step 2: Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Add the sugar and 3 to 5 tbsp of lemon juice if the fruit juice is not tart enough.
Step 4: Let the mixture boil for 1 full minute, then remove from heat.
Step 5: Skim off foam and pour juice into hot, sterile jelly glasses.
Step 6: Seal.
Step 7: Process 5 minutes in a hot water bath.
