Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound shrimp (rock shrimp)
  • 3/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 serrano chiles, finely minced (or jalapeno, or other spicy chiles)
  • 3 tablespoons thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 ounces radish, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Rinse and drain the shrimp well. Combine with the next five ingredients and toss well. Cover and place in the refrigerator for two hours.

  • Step 2: Add the radishes, tomatoes and cilantro to the shrimp. Toss well and return to refrigerator for another 2 hours. When the shrimp is ready, it will be pink and firm to the touch.

  • Step 3: Serve with traditional saltine crackers or freshly made tortilla chips
