Step 1: Put pineapple and peach slices in a colander to drain.
Step 2: Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water.
Step 3: When completely dissolved, add 2 cups chilled grape juice and 1 cup of ice cubes.
Step 4: Stir until the ice cubes dissolve.
Step 5: Shred the carrot finely and add to the gelatin.
Step 6: Snip the marshmallows into small pieces and add.
Step 7: Cut peach slices into small cubes.
Step 8: Add fruits to gelatin.
Step 9: Chill.
Step 10: Stir once or twice as it thickens to be sure fruit and carrot is evenly distributed.
Step 11: If you use a ring mold, you can put more grapes or other fruit in the middle to serve.
