Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 6 ounces gelatin powder (grape gelatin)
  • 2 cups grape juice (chilled)
  • 1 cup water, boiling
  • 1 carrot (small)
  • 4 large (35 grams) marshmallows
  • 16 ounces diced pineapple (unsweetened tidbits)
  • 16 ounces sliced peaches (peach slices)
  • 2 cups grapes (green seedless, washed)
  • 2 cups ice cubes

How to Make

  • Step 1: Put pineapple and peach slices in a colander to drain.

  • Step 2: Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water.

  • Step 3: When completely dissolved, add 2 cups chilled grape juice and 1 cup of ice cubes.

  • Step 4: Stir until the ice cubes dissolve.

  • Step 5: Shred the carrot finely and add to the gelatin.

  • Step 6: Snip the marshmallows into small pieces and add.

  • Step 7: Cut peach slices into small cubes.

  • Step 8: Add fruits to gelatin.

  • Step 9: Chill.

  • Step 10: Stir once or twice as it thickens to be sure fruit and carrot is evenly distributed.

  • Step 11: If you use a ring mold, you can put more grapes or other fruit in the middle to serve.
