Step 1: Place mixing bowl and whisk attachment in the refrigerator or freezer for about 15 minutes or until very cold.
Step 2: Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
Step 3: Add the sugar and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
Step 4: With a rubber spatula gently fold in the blackberry purée, leaving some streaks of the white whipping cream.
Step 5: Pour the fool into individual wine glasses.
Step 6: Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
