Step 1: Clean and wash the berries.
Step 2: Place in a container and crush completely.
Step 3: Heat the mixture till the juice approaches boiling.
Step 4: Allow the juice to simmer over a low heat for 10 minutes.
Step 5: Remove from heat and pour mixture into a jelly bag.
Step 6: Recover 3 cups of the juice and place into a deep saucepan.
Step 7: Add the juice of 2 lemons and pectin. Stir well.
Step 8: Add 5 cups of granulated sugar and mix well.
Step 9: Next place the mixture over a high heat and bring to a boil for 1 full minute, stirring constantly.
Step 10: Remove from heat, skim off the foam and pour juice into hot sterile jelly glasses.
Step 11: Process in a hot water bath 5 minutes.
