Step 1: Pull husks back slightly and remove silk.
Step 2: Replace husks.
Step 3: Soak in corn in cold water for 15 minutes.
Step 4: Build Medium fire in BBQ, electric grill, or gas.
Step 5: Place corn on BBQ, turning often 15 minutes or until kernels are tender.
Step 6: Meanwhile, place a small saucepan with flameproof handle on grill and melt butter. Stir in 2 tbsp parmesan cheese.
Step 7: Husk corn and serve with melted butter.
Step 8: Season with salt and pepper.
